Flutterbye Climbing Rose Full Sun Zones 5-9 grows 6 to 9 feet
Flutterbye is a new favorite of ours. We love it for its ever changing subtle colors and continuous bloom above disease-free foliage. Golden yellow buds tipped in rose pink open to bright yellow and fade to pale pink. It greatly resembles Rosa mutabilis, which is one of its parents. It is short for a climber, and is best suited to fences, trellises and low shrubs. Carruth, 1996.
Shown here is the top of one stem as the flowers are opening and maturing into several colors. Very Nice!
