Pink Climbing Hydrangeavine
Sun, Partial Shade, Shade
Zones 5-9, Grows 15 to 30 feet or more
A great choice for partial shade where it will still grow well and flower well. It even tolerates deep shade. While the flowers are not truly deep pink as some sources would suggest, the tint is nice. We actually like it more for its deep green, toothed leaves and red tones in the stem, too.Possibly the best aspect is that it seems to flower the youngest of any of its cousins! Our experience shows Schizophragma is more vigorous than Hydrangea Petiolaris, but stays close to the surface on which it is grown. Self-clinging, too.
