How can I change my order?
-Change your delivery date or address easily by sending an email using the contact form.
-Add plants to your order by placing a new order and mentioning that it's an addition to your older order (note the number in the Comments at checkout). We'll refund the packing and shipping charge.

I don't want to use my credit card online!
-We use fully encrypted 128 bit security but you may also mail your payment, check, money order or credit card, once you place your order. Please use the web site to place your order. Your order will move smoothly through our system that way!

I want to buy or pick up my plants at the nursery.
-Unfortunately, we are zoned against retail traffic here so we can't have visitors.

What size/how old are your plants?
-Please see About Our Plants linked to the left.

How much does it cost to ship to _____?
-All orders ship with a flat fee of $10. The more you order, the better the deal!

Do you ship to _____?
-We ship to all "Lower 48 States". We do not ship anywhere else at this time.

When will you be getting more ______?
-We grow all of our own plants and some may be out of stock for a year or possibly longer. We try to offer every plant in our line as regularly as possible.

Do you have ______ in stock now?
-If a plant has the Add to Cart button next to it, that plant is currently in stock.

I'm afraid to order now because it's too cold/hot here to plant.
-When you buy your plants, you choose a delivery date at checkout and we'll keep them for you until then.
