Native to the eastern and southern US, John Clayton came from the mountains of Virginia and features bluish green, semi-evergreen foliage and large clusters of bright yellow flowers in late spring through summer. As a bonus it has brilliant orange berries in the late summer and fall! Can bloom up to frost.
