Brushwood ships to the continental United States only. This now includes Alaska!
We ship from February through June and again from September through November. Orders will ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail; your choice. For most of the country, UPS Ground is acceptable for shipping. For those too far away, UPS ground has been disabled as an option at checkout. The cost to ship is based on actual shipping charges by provider and a small handling fee. Feel free to use the estimator on the shopping cart page.
Please note: Our largest box will fit 6 plants. The cost to ship will jump after 6, 12, etc. plants in your order.
Since we ship such a wide variety of plants to such diverse climates, we allow our customers to choose their delivery date. During checkout, you will select a date within our current delivery season. As such, you will be responsible for choosing an appropriate time to plant in your area. We cannot be responsible for any of your actions once you receive your order. Help is offered at checkout for the selection of a good date for your zone but please consider your individual garden when choosing. For early spring orders it is important to understand that our plants are not shipped fully dormant and most will be frost tender. Please use the delivery guide at checkout.
We are responsible for making sure your plants arrive healthy. If your shipment is damaged or otherwise unacceptable, please contact Brushwood immediately. We will make arrangements to refund or replace damaged plants.
